Sealed proposals must be received in the Office of the City Recorder, 405 N. Main St., Springfield, TN 37172 by 2:00 PM local time, Wednesday, May 27, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality or irregularity in any proposal received, and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective proposal received.
