    Description

    The City of Clermont is seeking qualified firms to provide resurfacing services for the shuffleboard courts located at the Kehlor Building at Kehlor Park, 466 W. Minneola Avenue, Clermont, Florida. The project consists of the resurfacing of eighteen (18) shuffleboard courts, each approximately 6 feet by 52 feet, to restore the courts to safe and optimal playing conditions.

    The Successful Respondent shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to properly prepare, repair, and resurface the existing concrete courts. Work includes cleaning and preparing the court surfaces, repairing cracks and depressions, applying acrylic resurfacing materials and color coatings, and restriping all shuffleboard lines in accordance with applicable standards.

    All work shall be performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications, applicable industry standards, and under the direction of the City’s Project Manager. Upon completion, the Successful Respondent shall ensure the courts are left in clean, playable condition and ready for public use.
