    Description

    The Kenton County Fiscal Court (County) is requesting proposals from KYTC Prequalified Engineering firms for consulting engineering services for a wide variety of projects at the direction of Kenton County Public Works on an as-needed basis.

    Approximate Fee - Four (4) Consultants will be selected to provide services

    $1,000,000 Upset Limit each contract

    Work will be assigned via Letter Agreement, not to exceed $200,000 per Letter Agreement.

    These contracts shall also be available to other departments governed by the Kenton County Fiscal Court, or any Incorporated City located within Kenton County.

    Evaluation Criteria

    • 1. Relative experience of consultant personnel assigned to project team in working with LPA projects and with Kentucky Transportation Cabinet processes. (11 pts)
    • 2. Range of services the consultant has experience with and can provide; Consultant must demonstrate the ability to provide the range of services listed in the Scope of Work. (11 pts)
    • 3. Past record of performance on projects similar in type and complexity to local public agency projects. (9 pts)
    • 4. Project approach and proposed procedures to accomplish the services for possible projects. (4 pts)
    • 5. Capacity of Consultant to comply with project schedules. (3 pts)
    • 6. Consultant’s offices where work is to be performed. (2 pts)
