Project Familiarization

Firms will be responsible for familiarizing their teams with the project through the construction plans and updated design concepts. These documents are provided as attachments to the RFQ when it is published on CIVICAST. In addition, firms will have the opportunity to conduct a site visit, as outlined in Section 1.4 – Schedule of Events.

 

Construction Materials Testing Services (CMT)

The selected firm shall provide comprehensive Construction Materials Testing (CMT) and inspection services to support the Lake Ralph Hall Visitor Center and Lake Offices project. Services shall be performed in general accordance with project specifications, applicable codes and standards, and UTRWD requirements. The CMT firm will work directly for Archer Western and the future Awarded Contractor. Archer Western will be responsible for the coordination of all entities.
