Please submit all questions/comments in writing to www.BeaconBid.com; click on Q&A on the solicitation page.  Your question/comment is immediately routed to all applicable staff for a response.  We try to respond within two business days unless extensive research is required.  If you have registered for this solicitation, you will receive a notification immediately after we post an answer.  Questions/comments submitted after the stated Question Cut-Off Date may not be answered.  Nonetheless, such a late submission shall not excuse a bidder from providing a complete and accurate solicitation response.

We recommend large submissions (over 25 pages) be broken down into more than one document and be uploaded at LEAST three (3) hours before the "End date".  Firms that begin uploading a few minutes before the 'End date/time' will NOT be received on time."

Vendors/providers sometimes ask i) for a list of potential bidders or ii) if we will read names and prices submitted in a bid closing.  Any such information will be posted on www.BeaconBid.com as we provide "notice of an intended decision or 30 days after opening the bids, proposals, or final replies, whichever is earlier".  Reference: Florida Statute 119.071.  To ensure timely receipt of such notifications or to download/upload bid information, please register at no cost with www.BeaconBid.com.
