    Lower Frederick Township (LFT) of 53 Spring Mount Road, Schwenksville, PA 19473 will be receiving bids online via PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/) for the furnishing of equipment and labor on an hourly basis for varied projects, including:.Tandem Vibratory Roller; Self-propelled paver 8'-16'; Backhoe with operator; Rubber-tired Uniloader; Tri-Axle Dump Truck; Distributor Truck; Laborers; Water Truck; Milling Machine; Excavator, Compact Excavator, Road Widener, Dozer, and Equipment Trailer.Bid documents, and information for bidders may be obtained from PennBid on/after 1/22/2026. Any inquiries must be uploaded to PennBid by 5 pm on 2/11/2026.Proposals must be submitted online via PennBid no later than February 18, 2026 at 1 PM. Bids will be opened 2/18/2026 at 1:15 PM at LFT. Award to the lowest responsible Bidder is anticipated during the LFT public meeting 3/3/2026 at 7 pm.Bids must be made on the forms furnished within PennBid and must be accompanied by bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, payable to LFT. The successful bidder shall be bound to furnish a completed E-Verify form and furnish and pay for a Performance Bond as further described in the contract documents, on bond forms acceptable to LFT.Bidders are advised that should total bid prices exceed $100,000, the project will fall under the jurisdiction of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.Award of Contract, if awarded, will be to the lowest responsible bidder, however LFT reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding. Bids may be held by LFT for a period not to exceed sixty days from the date of the opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract.Questions shall be submitted through the PennBid system to Value Engineering Inc.
