    The City of Ogdensburg, New York (the “City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified marketing, communications, and economic development consulting firms to produce a set of high-quality, investor-ready marketing and prospectus documents for two city-owned former brownfield sites located within the City’s NYS designated Brownfield Opportunity Area (BOA). Those two sites are: · A former cheese plant located at and referred to as “30 Main Street” (now an entire city block greenfield) · A former industrial site at 541 Covington Steet referred to as “Shade Roller” (project the city hopes to have a site management plan, final engineering report, and certificate of completion by end of 2026).
