    The State University of New York at Stony Brook (herein after referred to as "SUNY”) to solicit proposals to provide all labor, material, equipment and services necessary to Temporary shoring; install new steel shoring posts and steel beams to temporarily support a deflected box beam that is spalling and install ten (10) steel bollards to protect the steel shoring at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, Stony Brook, NY 11794 services, as herein described delivered NET FOB Destination in accordance with SUNY at Stony Brook 25/26-131MC and Exhibits A (Standard Contract Clauses), A-1 (Affirmative Action Clauses), Exhibit D (Non-Collusive Bidding Certification), Exhibit M (MWBE Forms), Exhibit N (Subcontracting Form), Exhibit L (Procurement Lobbying Law), Exhibit SDVOB (Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business), Exhibit R (Certification Under Executive Order No.16), Exhibit T (ST-220) Exhibit V (Vendor Responsibility), Exhibit E (EO 177 Certification) , Exhibit H (N.Y. State Finance Law §139-l Certification), and PRC# 2026014895. All work on this Contract is to be completed “within 90 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed” There will be a one-time, MANDATORY site visit for perspective bidders scheduled for Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 10:00 am (SHARP) at Stony Brook University, Research & Development Park, 1512 Development Drive, Research & Support Services Building 17, Conference Room B, Stony Brook, NY 11794-6010. Hardhat required for mandatory site visit *Only those contractors who attend the site visit will be eligible to bid on this project* All questions relating to this bid must be submitted in writing on Jaggaer to the Q & A Board. The question period closes on: Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 12 Noon. Pursuant to State Finance Law §139-j and §139-k, this solicitation includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between the University and potential bidders during the procurement process.
