    Sealed bids will be received by Monroe Township, Snyder County until 11:00 A.M., prevailing time, on March 20, 2026 on PennBid, for the following contract:02-2026 Township Bituminous Seal CoatThe Township roadways to be included in the contracts will be indicated on the bid forms provided by the Township. Bidding documents and specifications may be obtained at no cost on PennBid (www.pennbid.bonfirehub.com).All bid proposals must be submitted on bid forms furnished by the Township and must be accompanied by a Certified or Bank Check; or Bid Bond naming as payee or obligee, as applicable, the Monroe Township Supervisors, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price.All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via the “Questions” feature within PennBid.Bid results will be available on PennBid Friday, March 20, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. All bids will be reviewed and awards will take place at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Monroe Township Supervisors on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 7:30 P.M. The Board of Supervisors reserve the right to accept and/or reject all or any submitted bids as a complete bid package or as individual bids. The Board of Supervisors reserve the right to add or delete streets from the scope of work.Bids may be held by the owner for a period not to exceed 45 days from the date of opening bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract.
