LOCATION: Venue must be located within 30 miles of Brainerd City Hall: 501 Laurel St, Brainerd, MN 56401 OR within 25 miles of Duluth City Hall: 411 W 1st St, Duluth, MN 55802 OR within 25 miles of Forest Lake City Hall: 1408 Lake St S, Forest Lake, MN 55025.
