    Bill Nichols State Veterans Home WSHP Replacement – 4th Floor Mechanical Room Location: Bill Nichols State Veterans Home 1784 Elkahatchee Road Alexander City, AL 35010 Optional Site Visit: Thursday, January 15th at 10am Contact: Kathryn Fuller 256-329-3311 Project Description Provide the necessary labor, materials, and expenses to replace existing 3-Ton WSHP 4th floor mechanical room. Work is to be performed during normal hours of operation Monday – Friday, 7am-4pm. Scope of Service Advise customer upon arrival. Review scope of service. Obtain all necessary safe work permits. Secure power to unit using proper lock out tag out procedures. Install new Daikin WSHP with the following features: M/N: WSCH036. 3-ton cooling capacity. 265/1/60. R-32. Straight discharge/right hand return. Hose kits. New Viconics thermostat. Secure new WSHP in place. Reconnect the following components to the new WSHP: Electrical wiring. Water piping. Supply ductwork. Perform leak check on all new piping and connections. Open isolation valves. Start system and verify proper operation. Clean work area. Check out with customer.
