Please use Attachment 2 - Vendor Questions and Extraneous Terms Form and submit questions to ITS.sm.BestValue@its.ny.gov. *********All RFP Documents can also be found at https://its.ny.gov/competitive-procurement-opportunities*********** New York State Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) is seeking proposals from responsive and qualified contractors for technical services to design, build, test, implement and support a NYS cloud-hosted, low-code, statewide Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) system, using the Salesforce platform, to be used by the NYS Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS). The CCAP system will replace multiple front-end, back-end, and legacy systems, and will be utilized to provide efficient and equitable access to child care assistance (CCA) for NYS families. The solution will provide improved functionalities and processes for Local Social Services Districts (LSSD) and other entities responsible for administration of the CCAP, along with child care providers, and provide OCFS the ability to access the data to provide oversight and integrate with other statewide systems. The CCAP system is expected to be operational, in a manner deemed satisfactory to the State, within eighteen (18) months from the contract start date, with a stabilization period of ninety (90) days. The Contractor is expected to fulfill a maintenance and operations period of twenty-four (24) months post the stabilization period.
