    Description

    Payson Unified School District wishes to contract for On Site and emergnecy Off Site School Bus Tire Services. Vendor will be required to supply all tools, equipment, and tires to service all PUSD bus tires on site at the District bus yard located at 202 S Meadow St, Payson, AZ 85541. PUSD maintains between 20-30 buses in its fleet.

    The volume of purchases under the resultant Contract(s) is unknown. Payson Unified School District will not be bound to a purchase miniumum quantity during the contract period.

    Term: The intent of the District is to award a multi-term contract up to 5 years or until total of purchases reaches $100,000, with the first contract term to commence after award beginning 07/01/2026 and continuing until June 30, 2031. The offered cost/price/discount must be held firm for the initial term of the contract. If all conditions are met during this period of time, this contract may be extended annually up to an additional 4 years through FY30/31.
