General Description: Professional and/or specialized services related to planning, design, administration, oversight, review, or delivery of specific public works projects administered by the Public Works Department. Services may be provided on an on-call, part-time, or full-time basis, for certain ongoing and future project needs and may include certain elements of individual projects, individual project phases or the full project lifecycle from initiation through closeout.
