    Purpose: The City of Liberty Hill, herein after “City”, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after “Respondent”, to provide Professional Services, herein “Services”, for the inventory and assessment of all City maintained roadways in order to develop a Pavement Assessment and Management Plan for the City. For each roadway studied, the plan will include, but is not limited to, a Pavement Condition Index (PCI) score, project maintenance scope, and budget. The Roadway Pavement Assessment and Management Plan will prioritize and rank roadway preservation, rehabilitation and reconstruction projects based on roadway class, available funding, and remaining life.
