Penn West University, Washington County - PWCA-26001 Old Main Exterior Repairs

Penn West University, of the PA State System of Higher Education invites Contractors to download bid documents for this project.Work for the Project shall be accomplished by a Single Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. The Prime Contractor shall be the General Contractor Specific instructions for coordination and responsibilities of the Prime Contractor are contained in Section 0131000, Project Management and Coordination, and elsewhere throughout the Contract Documents.The work included under this Project consists of exterior renovations to Old Main on the campus of Penn West University.Work shall be accomplished by a Single Contractor according to Pennsylvania statute. The Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction Contractor and shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the University.A Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on April 27, 2026, at 10am, at the Lower Level Construction Conference Room, Dixon Hall, California PA 15419. The pre-bid meeting is mandatory.Electronic Bids are due no later than 10am, EST on May 21, 2026, through PennBid located at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.The Bid package is available at no cost via PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/ In order to submit a proposal, interested bidders need to register with PennBid.
