Addendum 3 has been added. Please see the following note in regard to addendum three as well: Respondent shall acknowledge receipt of this addendum. Refer to Proposal Form 00 42 00 for instructions on pricing of Addendum 3 under “Alternates Pricing Proposal Schedule.” Addendum scope of work should be priced as an allowance. After a contract is awarded, the winning respondent will have the ability to negotiate Addendum 3 along with the draft Guaranteed Maximum Price.
