Kennedy Playground Replacement Project until 10:00 a.m. on August 12, 2026 at which time and place they will be opened and the results will publicly displayed on PennBid.Bidding Documents and all details are available at no cost at www.PennBid.netThere will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site, 478 Jefferson Street, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462 at 10:00 a.m. July 14, 2026.Bidders should note the strict requirements and deadlines for compliance with the Responsible Contractor Ordinance, as set forth in the instructions to Bidders.Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the order of PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP executed by the bidder and acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the base bid amount.PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP hereby reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted, or any portion thereof, and also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in bids received, when, within the sole discretions of the Township, such rejection of waiver is in the best interests of the Township.
