Interested vendors during the prequalification phase will be evaluated based on their experience providing maintenance and repair services for mission-critical facilities, including HVAC, electrical, UPS, fire alarm, and fire suppression systems. Vendors must also demonstrate emergency response capabilities, regulatory compliance, and the ability to perform services safely and effectively within an active airport environment. Evaluation will also consider personnel qualifications and certifications, including licensed HVAC and electrical technicians, NICETcertified fire protection technicians, OEM-trained UPS specialists, and the firm's ability to meet stringent performance standards, response times, safety requirements, and airport security requirements. The City¿s expectation is that the selected vendor ensures reliable, responsive, and high-quality maintenance services that support the continuous operation, environmental stability, electrical reliability, life-safety compliance, and overall operational readiness of the Airport¿s critical IT infrastructure systems.
