Printing Services Printing Services offers comprehensive, one-stop services for your printing needs, from design to distribution and provides highly specialized printed materials in various formats (simplex, duplex, continuous feed, cut-sheet, etc.) using offset and high-speed digital printers and diverse pre- and post-processing equipment. Printing services include: • Quick copies: small, medium, or large volumes • Large volume variable (digital) and specialized printing (offset) • Envelopes • Posters, signs, mounting, and laminating • Production, storage, and on-demand shipping of finished items Mailing Services State Agencies must use Contract 02624 for services within the 98504 zip code area and any successor zip code areas in the Olympia, Tumwater, and Lacey regions. Other purchasers may also utilize the services provided through this contract, but this is not mandatory. Mailing services include: • Mail pickup and delivery • Inserting • Consulting – assistance with Postal Service regulations and security and customer service • Interagency Mail – sorting, pickup and tracking capability • Incoming Mail – sorting, delivery, tracking, and X-ray scanning of all incoming mail from USPS How to Use this Contract 1.
