    The Contractor shall provide secure, accurate, and timely bulk printing, mailing, and related fulfillment services in support of the Agency’s daily customer service and toll violation operations. Services include printing and mailing of violation notices, invoices, statements, and correspondences listed in Exhibit A, Table 1 – Printing Mail and Materials to the Form of Contract (Section III), along with stuffing Agency-provided inserts and packaging Agency-provided transponder mounting strips; USPS-compliant processing and induction; online document tracking; address hygiene services (including NCOA); and reporting.
