Responsibilities include recreation classes, camps, facility reservations, aquatics, sports, leisure, and art programs for all ages. These programs and services are published in the Department’s quarterly SANDS Recreation, Community & Library Services Guide magazine.The City of Huntington Beach (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) is requesting proposals to establish a contract for Printing Services for the SANDS Recreation, Community & Library Services Guide (hereinafter referred to as the “SANDS”) with work to commence in August 2026 (Winter 2027 issue) and will continue through the Fall 2029 issue, totaling twelve (12) issues. The City reserves the right to extend the contract for up to two (2) additional one (1)-year periods.
