    Description

    The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Office of State Lands & Investments (Procuring Agency) will be accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) until 1:00 p.m. MT on May 18, 2026, through the Public Purchase online bidding system from licensed architects/engineers for the Ranch A Major Maintenance Project at Ranch A in Beulah, WY. Project Description: Successfully contracted design firms will be responsible for providing a complete set of design plans, construction documents, specifications, and bidding documents. Design consultant will also be required to provide bidding services, construction administration, and warranty period services. The scope of this project will be focused on refinishing the exterior façade of two log structures, reroofing a residential structure, and replacing the domestic water supply lines and sanitary waste lines for four apartment dwellings. The waste line scope will include proper grading and area landscape and concrete replacement. Design professionals will be required to consult with the Wyoming State Historic Preservation Office to ensure compliance with design requirements. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective proposers via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. on May 11, 2026. Questions received after 5:00 p.m. on May 4, 2026, will not be addressed. Note: All responses must be uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than 1:00 p.m. on the due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 1:00 p.m. deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process.
