Design consultant will also be required to provide bidding services, construction administration, and warranty period services. The scope of this project will be focused on refinishing the exterior façade of two log structures, reroofing a residential structure, and replacing the domestic water supply lines and sanitary waste lines for four apartment dwellings. The waste line scope will include proper grading and area landscape and concrete replacement. Design professionals will be required to consult with the Wyoming State Historic Preservation Office to ensure compliance with design requirements. Note: All responses must be uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than 1:00 p.m. on the due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 1:00 p.m. deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process.
