Questions about technical specifications can be asked on pennbid.net. Questions about HUD forms, bid forms, etc. or pennbid.net can be emailed to, at contracts@readingha.org. All requests for information are to be submitted in writing before 11:00AM on Friday, May 29th, 2026.
