Interior improvements include limited partition construction, doors, and finishes.On Thursday, March 26th 2026 , at 10:00 A.M., RHA will conduct a pre-bid conference at the Reading Housing Authority, 400 Hancock Blvd, Reading, PA, 19611. All interested bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference and schedule a site visit.Copies of bidding documents are available to qualified contractors at pennbid.net. Questions about technical specifications can be asked on pennbid.net. Questions about HUD forms, bid forms, etc. or pennbid.net can be emailed to, at contracts@readingha.org. All requests for information are to be submitted in writing before 11:00AM on Thursday, April 2nd, 2026.
