    Description

    The Connecticut Department of Transportation (“CTDOT”) issues this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to solicit responsive proposals (“Proposals”) from qualified facility management contractors to perform 24 hour, seven (7) days/week, 365 days/year facility management, operation, and maintenance of Region ‘C’ railroad station facilities, which include Shore Line East and Hartford Line locations (collectively, the “Facilities”), all as more specifically described in Part 2, the Scope of Goods and Services. The selected proposer shall provide maintenance and repair of physical components, snow/ice control services, janitorial services, landscaping, and any other service that may be required for the Facilities for an initial term of 3 years, which may be extended for an additional two (2) one (1) year option years. Pre-register for MANDATORY walk-thrus taking place on February 23rd and 24th, 2026.
