    Notice is hereby given per MCA 18-8-204, the City-County of Butte-Silver Bow is requesting sealed (RFP) proposals for the implementation and execution of integrating the Neptune 360 Management system within the City of Butte for Public Works Department are invited and will be received at or prior to the close of business 5:00 p.m. (Mountain Standard Time) on Friday, Friday, June 12, 2020 at the Butte-Silver Bow Department of Public Works, Second Floor, 126 West Granite Street, Butte, Montana, 59701. Any and all firms interested in participating in this RFQ can obtain the required information from the Butte-Silver Bow Department of Public Works Administrative Specialist, Second Floor, 126 West Granite Street, Butte, Montana, 59701, or call at (406) 497-6515. Said Proposals will be opened and reviewed at a meeting of the Butte-Silver Bow Department of Public Works at a later date to be determined. The successful firm shall comply with all applicable Federal Regulations and Requirements which include but are not limited to, Section 2 Clause, equal Opportunity Clause, Executive Order 11246 and 11624, Federal labor Standards and Civil Rights Act.
