Said Proposals will be opened and reviewed at a meeting of the Butte-Silver Bow Department of Public Works at a later date to be determined. The successful firm shall comply with all applicable Federal Regulations and Requirements which include but are not limited to, Section 2 Clause, equal Opportunity Clause, Executive Order 11246 and 11624, Federal labor Standards and Civil Rights Act.
