    Description

    The City of Placerville is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide professional civil engineering services in the capacity of a Project Manager on an as-needed basis for City Capital Improvement Program Projects. The response to this solicitation will be in the form of a Statement of Qualifications. The City intends to enter into a Master Agreement for Engineering Services with one (1) qualified consulting firm for the requested services. The selected firm should be experienced with all types of public works projects and be able to provide a variety of engineering services as determined by the City Engineer. The City does not guarantee a specific number of projects or a specific dollar amount associated with the Agreement. The total amount payable to the Consultant shall not exceed $2,000,000. Task Orders will be issued for individual projects. The first Task Order is anticipated to be issued in August 2026 for the Western Placerville Interchanges, Phase 2.3 – Westbound Off-Ramp Project. Statement of Qualifications/Proposals are due on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at 11:00 am at the City of Placerville. Please contact Melissa Savage, City Engineer, with any questions.
