REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES The Village of Castleton-on-Hudson is seeking qualified firms or contractors to provide professional engineering and grant writing services in connection with a 2026 Wastewater Improvement Project. Bidders should be familiar with Local Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC) Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF), Water Infrastructure Improvement (WIIA) and Green Innovation Program (GIP); Office of Community Renewal (OCR) Community Development, Block Grant (CDBG); United States, Department of Rural Agriculture (USDA) Water and Environmental Program (WEP) Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) grant/loan program requirements and regulations relevant to an infrastructure planning engineering design project. The Village of Castleton-on-Hudson will rank their responses received on an evaluation of demonstrated competence and qualifications for the type of professional services required. MBE/WBE, Section 3 and SDVOB businesses are encouraged to submit their proposals. The Village of Castleton-on-Hudson reserves the right to reject any or all qualifications and to conduct interviews at its sole discretion. Responses must be received at the Village of Castleton-on-Hudon Village Hall by 3 PM, Monday, April 20, 2026.
