    The Town of Whitestown ( Town) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Statements of Qualification ( SOQ) from professional engineering firms to complete stormwater retrofitting( along streets and at municipal facilities), seperated storm and sanitary/ combined sewer design, site design(hydraulic modeling, grading, utilities, parking lots, sidewalks, roads, and greeninfrastructure in accordance with the NYS Stormwater Management Design Manual), and watershed management ( riverine modeling, floodpain restoration, flood resiliency, surface water quality). Three(3) copies of SOQ, and one (1) electronic searchable PDF file, must be submitted no later than 3:30 pm May 22,2026, to the Town at the address listed below.
