    The State of Wisconsin Investment Board (“SWIB”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to provide a Treasury & Securities Financing Platform (the “Platform”). The objective of this RFP is to procure a scalable, purpose-built platform to support SWIB’s Treasury and Securities Financing activities, including but not limited to computation of financing economics, workflow automation, margin and capital attribution, repurchase agreement lifecycle processing, counterparty risk monitoring, and robust reporting.
