    Description

    The Northern Region State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities Division of Preconstruction Services, is soliciting for Professional services for an H&H analysis for the Chena River Walk Stage III – Segment 1 project to help determine minimize design elevation and to help with permitting of the project. A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately July 2026 through December 2028 .  Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $25,000 and $100,000. The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available June 23, 2026 , and may be downloaded from our web site at: https://dot.alaska.gov/procurement/awp/awp-rfp-cal.cfm , select Northern Region and unclick the “Over $200,000” amount box . Or the RFP may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at the Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.  People residing outside the City of Fairbanks may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 451-2247 or TDD number 711 or 1-800-770-8973. (for Hearing Impaired, requires special equipment).  There is no charge for the RFP package. FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS IN THE RFP FOR SUBMITTING PROPOSALS: Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received at the address indicated on the RFP no later than July 15, 2026 , 4:00 p.m., prevailing time. The proposals may be dropped off at our office.  A locked Drop Box is located at the outside entry of the Tech Services Building #3 (Contracts Building Main Parking Lot West Side Entrance).  Call or Text (907) 799-5632 when you place documents in the Drop Box and we will retrieve and timestamp your documents. Individuals with disabilities, including the hearing impaired, who may need auxiliary aids, services, and/or special modifications to submit a proposal should contact the TTY number 711 or 1-800-770-8973, no later than one week prior to the submittal date to make any necessary arrangements.
