    SCOPE: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is soliciting cost and technical proposals for conducting the GBNRTC’s Traffic Counting Program. Proposals will be evaluated for their comprehensiveness as well as the consultant’s demonstrated knowledge, experience and ability to conduct specified numbers of automated traffic counts.
