UMGC is seeking a partner(s) capable of delivering a cohesive, customer-focused merchandise program that enhances the overall brand experience for students, alumni, faculty, and staff. The selected contractor(s) will be responsible for providing well-defined, scalable solutions that support both ongoing merchandise needs and event-based sales. Offerors are expected to demonstrate clear and detailed approaches to program execution. UMGC may issue multiple awards under this solicitation. Awards may be made for one or both programs. UMGC prefers solutions that provide a cohesive, end-to-end approach across both programs to ensure a consistent user experience, operational efficiency, and overall program value.
