The Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission’s (MNCPPC) Montgomery County Planning Department is soliciting proposals from qualified transportation planning consulting firms capable of providing on-call services in support of current and future transportation projects. The primary services expected from the on-call consultants are organized into the following Focus Areas: Transportation Planning and Design; Transportation Analysis and Data Collection; and Travel Forecasting and Monitoring Support.
