The District may award this project as a whole to one vendor or choose different vendors for doing partial work, depending on each vendor’s response to this RFP. The District would like to implement the project in phases to different groups to avoid disruptions to our business operations. Phase I will include our Field Services, Meter Services, Water Distribution, Gas Distribution, and Construction departments. Phase II may include but is not limited to Backflow, Stores, Transportation, Facilities, Central Maintenance, Gas and Water Plants departments. Implementation of phase I should be completed by October 31, 2026. RFP Schedule: Listed below are specific and estimated dates and times of actions related to this RFP. The actions with specific dates must be completed as indicated unless otherwise changed. In the event that it is necessary to change any of the specific dates and times in the calendar of events listed below, an addendum to this RFP will be issued. The response to questions or any other clarifications will be provided in the conference call on December 15th, 2025 and through the addendum by December 22nd, 2025. The vendor should submit a PDF file of their entire response (including all other attachments) to sherri_lightfoot@mudnebr.com by the closing date and time as stated above. The subject line of the email shall state, “RFP Response – SSAM, Mirata forms and FSM implementation Project”. The response MUST be signed (ink or electronic), and meet all specifications, terms, and conditions, along with all other requirements as specified in the RFP to be considered.
