The Gary Sanitary District (GSD) is seeking sealed proposals from qualified vendors for the supply and delivery of a new Administration Building Heating and Cooling Multi-Zone Unit, located at 3600 W 3rd Ave, Gary, IN.
The Gary Sanitary District is requesting proposals for the replacement of existing rooftop units (RTUs) serving the Administration Building. The current units are approximately 30 years old and manufactured by Carrier. The existing system operates as a 12-zone configuration.
GSD is targeting a 12–18 week turnaround time for equipment procurement and installation.
Engineering Services Requirement:
Engineering services are recommended and accepted as part of this proposal. Vendors are encouraged to include engineering evaluation, system design verification, load calculations, and any necessary specifications to ensure proper system performance and compliance with applicable standards.
All proposals shall include the provision of all specified equipment, materials, and associated components in accordance with the directions outlined in this RFP, as well as all applicable local, state, and federal codes and standards.
