    Description

    Carroll Independent School District ("CISD" or "District") is issuing this Request for Qualifications from qualified vendors ("Firm", "Proposer", or "Contractor") to provide Real Estate Broker Services. The services requested are to be provided in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications established herein. The contract term for this request will be effective on the date of acceptance by the District; with the understanding that at any time and without cause, the agreement may be canceled by either party by giving thirty (30) days written notice to the other party. Vendor responses shall be submitted electronically through the District's Ionwave online bid system. To participate, interested vendors must first register online to receive a login user name and password. The District's Ionwave online bid system may be accessed by navigating to the following link: http://southlakecarroll.ionwave.net/HomePage.aspx All questions should be submitted on the "Questions" tab within the online bid system. All solicitation documents and any applicable addenda will be made available through the CISD Ionwave online bid system. If you require assistance within the online registration process, please contact the District Financial Services Department, see contact information below. Any additions, deletions, modifications, or changes made to this solicitation shall be processed through an Addendum, which will be posted and distributed to all participants through the CISD Ionwave online bid system. It shall be the sole responsibility of each vendor to ensure review of all Addenda issued in connection to this request prior to submitting a proposal. CISD is accepting responses from vendors for the specifications and terms and conditions as listed in this solicitation. CISD reserves the right to postpone the deadline via an addendum, as needed. CISD reserves the right to reject any and all responses, to waive technical defects in responses, and select the response that is deemed most advantageous to the District. RFQ SCHEDULED TIMELINE (We will make every effort to adhere to the following schedule) First Advertisement - 2/25/2026 Second Advertisement - 3/3/2026 Last Day for Questions - 3/9/2026 Questions Answered - 3/13/2026 RFQ Closes - 3/27/2026 Board Approval - 4/27/2026 As of the issuance date of this request through the closing date; contact with Carroll ISD employees, with the exception of the Purchasing Department, is strictly prohibited. All personnel representing Carroll ISD are specifically directed not to hold meetings, conferences, or technical discussions with any vendor for purposes of responding to this request. Any vendor found to be acting in any other way contrary to this statement will be disqualified from entering into any contract that may result from this request.
