Continuing Architectural, Engineering, Geotechnical, Surveying, and Construction Support Services. - Blueprint Intergovernmental Agency -This is a multi category solicitation. The purpose of this Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is to establish a Continuing Services Agreement (CSA) with multiple firms for various disciplines as identified in Section 4.4. Selection by the Agency as a Consultant does not guarantee that the Consultant will be called on a regular basis during the contract term, nor does it guarantee a minimum level of compensation with respect to volume of work or fees. The CSA does not constitute an exclusive contract to provide the stated services. The Agency reserves the right to solicit separate competitive proposals for any and all projects or tasks for any project, without utilizing the CSA, in accordance with the Agency 's procurement policy.Respondent must provide a separate Proposal or Response for each category the Respondent desires to provide services for as listed in Section 4.4 (Architectural Services, Civil Engineering Services, Geotechnical Services, Survey Services and Construction Support Services).Each Proposal or Response should be labeled accordingly, for example “Architectural,” “Civil Engineering,” or other discipline and must be uploaded under the appropriate Category in Euna/Bonfire. Respondents may submit proposals for one or more categories. Each proposal must include the required documentation in TAB 1 through 6.It is strongly recommended to read the solicitation requirements very carefully and, in its entirety, when submitting your proposals, in order not to be deemed non-responsive.
