In all cases, it must be understood that the conditions and specifications of the Rye Neck UFSD shall apply. Sealed bids must be marked “Bid for Performing Arts Center Audio System Equipment Upgrade and Installation”, and will be received until 11:00AM on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at the Rye Neck UFSD Administration Office located at 310 Hornidge Road, Mamaroneck, NY 10543, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read. All bids should be addressed to Ms. Carolyn Mahar, Assistant Superintendent for Business and Finance. The Board of Education reserves the right to consider financial responsibility, experience, service and reputation of the bidding firms, as well as the specific qualification of the prospective bidder that may be set out herein, in considering proposals and awarding the contract.
