The names of the proposing firms shall be available following the proposal opening. Proposals shall be irrevocable for a minimum period of ninety (90) days from the date of proposal opening. Alterations to said proposals must be submitted in writing. Consideration shall be given only to those alterations, which may be caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the firm submitting said proposal. The Purchasing Agent or his/her designee shall make such determination. The Rye Neck School District Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals that it considers not to be in the best interest of the school district.
