By submitting a bid, the bidder is certifying that they can deliver the required services in the form, function, and utility required by this agreement. BACKGROUND The New York State Department of Labor continues to enhance efficiencies in our call center and is exploring the potential capabilities of AI. NYSDOL is seeking an AI Blueprint and a Salesforce Agentforce Pilot designed to validate Agentforce’s ability to contribute to achieving the following business objectives: Shorten average call duration Shorten wait times for constituents to reach an agent Reduce number of screens call center agents have to utilize Enable quicker training of NYSDOL staff STATEMENT OF WORK The selected vendor shall provide services as outlined in the Attachment K -Statement of Work document attached to this advertisement. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS The Bidder must be the manufacturer Salesforce, or a Salesforce certified professional vendor of Salesforce Agentforce. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Vendors responding to this solicitation must submit the following: Attachment 2 - Bidder Certified Statements Attachment 4 - Cost Proposal Submission documents listed above must be received by NYSDOL no later than the deadline contained in this advertisement. The vendor must be willing to enter into an agreement substantially in accord with the terms of the Service Agreement posted to this ad should the vendor be selected for contract award. Questions regarding this procurement opportunity must be received by NYSDOL by 5:00 p.m. EST on 01/15/2026.
