      Bidders shall provide evidence of five (5) years of successful collecting and recycling of scrap metal. Bidders shall provide a list of two (2) references for whom scrap metal collection has been completed in last five (5) years. One of the two references must be a local, state or federal government entity.

      References must include:

      1. Name of firm and its address
      2. Description of services
      3. Length of time services have been provided
      4. Name and title of contact
      5. Current phone number, and email address of the contact
