Removal of hydronic piping, zone valves and associated accessories to hydronic coils. 4. Removal of system thermostats and control wiring. 5. Disposal of removed equipment and debris off site at your expense. 6. Furnish and install new 2-ton and 5-ton split system heat pump systems with hydronic coils. 7. Furnish and install new interconnecting supply and return ductwork. 8. Furnish and install new system thermostats, zone valves and control wiring. 9. Removal of existing compressor/condenser’s, air handler’s, electric coil circuitry and all associated appurtenances back to electric panels. 10. New electric feeds to air handlers and heat pump units from existing electrical panels. 11. New attic mechanical room lights and service receptacle. 12. New exterior service receptacle for outdoor heat pump units. 13. All cutting, patching and painting associated with HVAC and electrical work.
