    The Town of Shelburne, Vermont, herein after referred to as the Municipality, is soliciting Structural Inspection, Assessment, and Conceptual Design Recommendation Services for two lakeshore sea walls in Shelburne. Requested services includes, but is not limited to, the following: inspecting the current seawalls to determine the necessity for repairs or reconstruction, if reconstruction is deemed necessary – creating preliminary design plans based on bioengineering strategies featured in the Vermont State Lakewise standards and the Shoreline Stabilization Handbook developed by the Northwest Regional Planning Commission. This RFP seeks to hire a consultant that can provide structural inspection and if deemed necessary, preliminary design plans for the Shelburne Town Beach Seawall and Harbor Rd Seawall across from the Shelburne Shipyard.
