The State University Construction Fund (SUCF or the Fund) is seeking to contract with several firms (consultants) for Site Infrastructure, Civil Engineering, and Surveying Services Term Agreements. Selected Firms would enter into a Master Term Agreement with the Fund, from which the assignment of various projects may occur as required throughout the duration of the Master Term Agreement. Projects that may be authorized under the Site Infrastructure, Civil Engineering and Surveying Services Term Agreements Term Agreements may include but are not limited to: involve modifications, replacements or reconfiguration of site infrastructure systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and communications distribution systems; roadways, parking, walks, stairs, plazas and other paving systems; signage, fencing and other amenities; and athletic fields and improvements. During construction, provide field administration, inspection, progress reports and manage biweekly progress meetings. The planning scopes may include investigation and comparative analysis of design scenarios, peer review, surveying and utility location services, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), site and system conditions, capacity requirements, construction phasing and impact analysis, cost estimates, and other services, as directed, to provide a complete description of the proposed design scenarios. The projects may involve modifications, replacements or reconfiguration or additions to site infrastructure including: Heating and/or Cooling Distribution systems, Electric Distribution and Switchgear, Electric Substations, Tel/Data Distribution, Gas Distributions, Water Distribution; Irrigation, Sewer Systems and Pumping Stations, Storm Water Management, Vehicular Roads, Bridges and Parking Control Systems, Traffic Studies, Pedestrian Walks and Plazas, Landscape and Site Amenities, Athletic and Recreational Facilities, Signage, Survey and Utility Locating, Geo-technical Investigations, and/or other related design work. The projects to be assigned pursuant to these agreements will be limited to a maximum construction value of $15 million.
