The PROJECT is federally funded using Highway Safety Improvement Program with a local match. All work shall comply with the County Policies, the Local Assistance Procedure Manual and the most recent guidelines for the Federal Highway Bridge Program. The requested professional design engineering services shall include, but will not be limited to, the following: Project Management, Project Surveying, Mapping and Control, Public Outreach Program, Environmental Clearance, Utility Coordination and Relocation Plan, Plans, Specifications, and Engineer's Estimate (PS&E), and Bidding and Post Award Assistance services for the PROJECT. The deadline for submitting technical proposals to SJCDPW will be no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, March 9, 2026. All prospective consultants must register for solicitation No. SJCDPW-RFP-26-02 in order to be added to the Proposers’ List and, if necessary, receive a Notice of Release of Addendum.
