The City of DeSoto (“City”) seeks responses from qualified vendors to provide the supply and delivery of Sodium Hypochlorite & Liquid Ammonium Sulfate. The selected responder (“Responder”) will be invited to enter into an agreement with the City, in a form to be provided by the City (“Agreement”), to provide the Services in accordance with the Scope of Work of this RFB. The City has the ultimate authority to approve any bid and to authorize the execution of the negotiated Agreement.Respondents are invited to review the information and submit their bids per the criteria established within this RFB. Written questions regarding this RFB must be received by the Purchasing Office no later than April 30, 2026. Questions may then be responded to by written amendment to this document. Oral statements or instructions shall not constitute an amendment to the RFB.All submittals must be received by May 11, 2026 at 4:00 PM at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud.
