The concentration of the Sodium Metabisulfite shall not contain less than 65.7% available Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), which is equivalent to 97.5% Sodium Metabisulfite (Na2S2O5) and be ANSI/NSF Standard 60 approved. Packaging and shipment shall conform to all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations. Packaging and shipment of Sodium Metabisulfite shall conform to the current regulations of the Department of Transportation (DOT). Sodium Metabisulfite shall be delivered in the original manufacturer corrosion­ resistant bags. Estimated annual use is 1,500 pounds.
