    Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) is soliciting qualifications from engineering firms to provide civil engineering services, geotechnical engineering services, or both, under a continuing services contract. Services will support BCHA housing development, redevelopment, rehabilitation, and asset management activities at various properties throughout Boulder County. Individual tasks will be authorized by Notice to Proceed (NTP).
